Terms of Participation and Partnership Agreement
The BuildLR Partner Network exists to improve food accessibility and community resource coordination throughout Arkansas by connecting individuals and families with available food resources, community programs, volunteer services, and partner organizations.
BuildLR functions primarily as a community resource coordination and outreach organization. BuildLR may assist with referrals, resource navigation, volunteer-supported delivery services, community outreach initiatives, and food access programs.
BuildLR is not a food bank and does not directly operate food pantry services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Participation in the BuildLR Partner Network does not create any ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or agency relationship between BuildLR and any participating organization.
All Partner Organizations remain independent entities and retain sole responsibility for their operations, policies, staff, volunteers, facilities, programs, and services.
Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating:
Neither BuildLR nor any Partner Organization shall have authority to bind the other party to any obligation, contract, or commitment.
Participation within the BuildLR Partner Network is voluntary and provided on an at-will basis.
BuildLR reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate any organization from the Partner Network at any time and for any lawful reason.
Likewise, a Partner Organization may voluntarily withdraw from the Partner Network at any time.
To maintain accurate public information and service availability, all Partner Organizations must verify their information with BuildLR at least once every six (6) months.

Failure to verify information may result in temporary or permanent removal from Partner Network listings and referral programs.
BuildLR is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals served by Partner Organizations.
Partner Organizations shall not provide BuildLR with personally identifiable client information unless disclosure is required by law.

Each Partner Organization remains solely responsible for compliance with all applicable privacy and confidentiality laws.
BuildLR may collect aggregate, anonymized, and non-identifying information for planning, reporting, grant applications, operational analysis, and program improvement.

BuildLR does not require personally identifiable client information for participation in the Partner Network.
Many delivery and outreach services coordinated through BuildLR may be performed by volunteers.
Volunteer-supported services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be limited by volunteer availability, weather conditions, operational capacity, funding, geographic restrictions, or other factors.
BuildLR does not guarantee delivery availability, response times, transportation services, or program continuity.
BuildLR is an independent organization.
Unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement, BuildLR is not owned, operated, endorsed, governed, supervised, sponsored, or officially affiliated with:
Participation in the BuildLR Partner Network shall not be interpreted as endorsement by BuildLR or any third-party organization.
BuildLR collaborates with community organizations solely to improve food access and resource availability throughout Arkansas.
Partner Organizations agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, licensing requirements, and food safety requirements.
Partner Organizations remain solely responsible for maintaining any required licenses, permits, certifications, inspections, and operational approvals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildLR, its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from participation in the Partner Network.
Participation is undertaken entirely at the Partner Organization's own risk.
Partner Organizations agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BuildLR, its officers, directors, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from:
By submitting an application, creating a Partner Network account, accessing the BuildLR Partner Portal, accepting referrals, receiving volunteer support, or otherwise participating in the BuildLR Partner Network, the Partner Organization acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to comply with these Terms of Participation.
The individual accepting these Terms represents that they possess authority to act on behalf of the Partner Organization.
BuildLR reserves the right to modify, amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms may be published within the Partner Portal, delivered electronically, or otherwise communicated to participating organizations.
Continued participation following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such revisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arkansas without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between BuildLR and the Partner Organization regarding participation in the BuildLR Partner Network and supersede all prior communications, discussions, understandings, or representations concerning such participation.
